  2. ^^1^^The personalization form allows to modify most of your environment;
  3. To modify the data base and the form use the personalization module.
  4.  
  5. ^^2^^The preferences form is divided in various areas;
  6.  
  7. The 1st one  Desk Top allows to show / hide the:
  8. Father windows
  9. Summary window
  10. Daily calendar
  11. Status Bar
  12. Tool Bar.

  14. ^^3^^Apart from that you may also modify the tool bar 
  15. ^^4^^To delete a tool bar element just drag it in the wastebasket 
  16. ^^5^^To add a new element drag it from the list box 
  17. ^^6^^To position it: capture it with the mouse and move it 
  18. ^^7^^Finally if you do not like an element you may modify it using the icon editor;
  19. A) Double click over it 
  20. ^^8^^In the editor modify his pixels 
  21. ^^9^^Then save; the modification will be visible the next time You start FC. 
  22. ^^10^^You may also modify the windows colors 
  23. ^^11^^In this form you may select background and edit control colors;

  25. ^^12^^Note that if you want a color that is not in the list You may add a new pressing the INS key 
  26. ^^13^^See the new color 
  27. ^^14^^The same is valid for the desktop 
  28. ^^15^^The third area is the agenda area.

  30. ^^16^^Here you may select an agenda type; when you print an agenda 
  31. report the report is formatted according to Your agenda format.
  32. You may also defin new agenda types (see the help file) 
  33. ^^17^^You may also set the Wallpapers option; i.e. decide if you want the wallpaper to be calculated every time you exit Full Contact and show either every time you enter window or every time you enter FC. 
  34. ^^18^^The forth area is the summary area; summaries may be modified in order to
  35. include the data you need most; also if you personalise the data base may be necessary to modify the summary in order to show the added info.

  37. ^^20^^The fifth (and last at least for this version ) area allow you to set up various miscellaneous informations. 
  38. ^^21^^If you want when you open a data file to show all the items contained in the data file 
  39. ^^22^^If you want to have a password dialog when you enter FC  
  40. ^^23^^If you want the 'tip of the day' when you enter FC 
  41. ^^24^^If you have a modem installed 
  42. ^^25^^A button to modify the modem parameters 
  43. ^^26^^A button to modify your localization parameters (N.b. these two forms may be reached also from the telephone control using the F7 and F8 keys). 
  44. ^^27^^A button to modify the Password (a forgotten password may be modified from the installation procedure)      
  45. ^^28^^And finally a button that allows to modify the personal informations
